IMPULSE TYPE
THIS IS THE ONE TO BUY The Impulse Foot Sealers are ideal for sealing large heavy bags. By having a foot control, the hands are free to feed the machine. It is like having an extra hand. Units come complete with pedestal, stand, adjustable working table and adjustable foot control. 2mm, 5mm element wires are available.

CONSTANT HEAT TYPE
These special foot sealers are excellent for sealing polycello films, humidity-proof cellophane film, polyethylene film, aluminum foil coated bags and gusset bags. We offer mesh or straight-line texture of heater jaw. The straight-line texture is especially recommend for health care industry. "CFN" model equipped with Timing Light & Signal to notify operator that foot should be removed from pedal and sealing is complete. Each machine has new injection molded castings and electro static paint.
Hot stamp imprinter is optional.
Remark: Only CFN type equipped with protection mask and beeper

DOUBLE IMPULSE SEALERS
The double impulse foot sealers incorporate twin elements (top and bottom) for heavy-duty applications and can accommodate up to 0.5mm material. It makes a 5mm, 10mm wide seal and fuses the material from both sides. Also equipped with slide switch to select single side sealing or double sides sealing. Complete with adjustable working table.

UPPER JAW SEAL
The FIU model foot sealer differs from our regular foot sealers by reversing the sealing element to the upper jaw and the silicon rubber to the lower jaw. This makes it possible to protect the element from moisture and contamination. Makes a clean and secure seal.

SEAL (2.2mm) AND CUT
The FDC model was developed to make a strong 2.2 mm seal and the ability to cut off excess material with an additional round element wire all in one operation. The sealing head on this unit can also have the angle changed to fit the project.

FOOT SEALER FOR ADJUSTABLE ANGLE
The FIT model includes an extended foot pedal and a large heavy-duty working table to support large heavy bags. The sealing head angle is adjustable up to 45 degrees. Ideal for sealing a package contains items like powders, grains, liquids and etc.

Longer Extended Foot Pedal
The longer extended foot pedal makes it possible to operate the foot sealer when the heavy-duty working table is in a lowered position.
